Eastern International University (EIU), on August 6, held a ceremony to award graduation certificates to students belonging to its first training course. Attending the ceremony were Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee. Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial NA delegation; Prof.Dr.Bui Van Ga, Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Nguyen Van Hung, CEO of Becamex IDC and Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.
After five years of development, EIU has so far trained nearly 4,000 students in 7 majors, including 500 under its first training course. At the ceremony, the school’s managing board awarded graduation certificates to 273 students, over 85% of whom have got stable jobs, 11 continuing their learning in NewZealand, South Korea, Japan and 4 setting up companies by themselves.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr.Hung spoke highly of the efforts by EIU over the past time, which is was also the premise for the school to step by step affirm its position in the southeastern region. He hoped that the above graduation certificates will continue being the key to the development of recipients, making contributions to the society.
