Late June 1, at Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, host a meeting to approve the submission of compensation prices for land and properties on land upon the State’s retrieval of land.
Under proposal of Department of Finance, for accommodation houses, factories, and extra constructions, the compensation price increases by 15% on the basis of construction pricing in 2014. For structures and moving costs, the prices increase by 15% up to 20%. For short-term plants of low compensation, the prices increase by 40% to 70%. For industrial plants including rubber trees, cashew, and coffee, the increment is populated from 40 to 100%. For fruits, the populated increment of price should be 40 to 50%. Timber plants eye increment from 100% up to 200% while other plants from 35% to 60%.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee agreed to the drafts while demanding Department of Finance to collect more proposals from other departments and sectors to offer suitable compensation prices meeting the public agreements.
