On April 11, Binh Duong Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a summary and award ceremony for the fourth Political Essay Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation 2024. The event took place at Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center and was attended by Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, a member of Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
After nearly 1 year of launching, the 4th Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation 2024 has attracted the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers from departments, branches, and organizations; especially soldiers of provincial armed forces, artists, scientists, reporters, and editors of central and local press and media agencies. The number of entries increased 1.7 times compared to 2023 (2,338 entries).
At the end of the contest, Organizing Committee awarded prizes to authors and group of authors. For the article "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam" by former General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, there were 16 awards, including 2 B prizes, and 14 consolation prizes.
Regarding the 2024 Political Contest on protecting Ideological Foundation of Binh Duong Provincial Party, the A prize in the radio and television category belonged to the group of authors Bich Lan - Ngoc An (Binh Duong Radio and Television Station); the A prize in the newspaper and magazine category belongs to journalist Kim Ha (Binh Duong Newspaper) and author Nguyen Thi Thuy (Binh Duong Provincial Political School); 6 excellent collective prizes belong to: Propaganda Board of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee, Propaganda Board of Tan Uyen City Party Committee, Party Committee of the business sector, Binh Duong Newspaper, Provincial Political School, and Binh Duong Radio and Television Station.
The Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission also hosted an award ceremony for a contest of composing and designing an identity for Binh Duong Province. The contest received a significant response, attracting 716 entries from both local and external authors. The Organizing Committee selected and awarded 23 prizes in 4 categories. In the category of beautiful photos of Binh Duong, the first prize for photo series belonged to author Bui Viet Hung (Binh Duong Radio and Television Station), the first prize for single photo belonged to author Ha Quoc Chien (Binh Duong Newspaper). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded many prizes to authors and groups of authors with excellent designs of logos, mascots and gifts.
