Early December 27, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, conducted a survey at provincial Public Administration Service Center. During the visit, he reviewed reports on administrative procedure reform, digital transformation efforts and the implementation of the Project No.06. He was accompanied by Mai Hung Dung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with leaders from provincial departments, agencies and district-level localities.
Provincial Party Committee Secretary encouraged citizens handling administrative procedures at provincial Public Administration Service Center, expressing his hope that every citizen would become a digital citizen, working together with all-level authorities to build a successful e-government and digital government in connection with Binh Duong Smart City. Provincial Party Committee Secretary praised the efforts of all-level authorities and sectors in administrative reform associated with digital transformation. However, there are still existing issues that need to be addressed. Provincial Party Committee Secretary emphasized that administrative procedures associated with digital transformation must not vary across levels. Therefore, all-level authorities and sectors must show determination in administrative reform associated with digital transformation, considering this as a mandatory task that must be carried out with strong commitment... "Each level and sector must unite and demonstrate determination to work with the province in successfully implementing the pilot model, placing citizens at the center as the benchmark for the value of the one-level Public Administration Service Center model", provincial Party Committee Secretary emphasized.
*On the afternoon of December 27, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, inspected the progress of the Cai stream dredge and reinforcement project at the section from Tho Ut bridge to the Dong Nai river and surveyed several other projects. He was accompanied by Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant localities and units.
After hearing reports from units and localities on the implementation status of the projects as well as their proposals and recommendations for resolving difficulties to accelerate progress, provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Loi praised and commended the efforts by relevant units and localities during the process of implementing the projects. At the same time, he emphasized the need for greater efforts to overcome difficulties, ensuring close and effective coordination to expedite the progress of the projects. Among these, the Cai stream dredge and reinforcement project must be completed in 2025.
Regarding the Ho Chi Minh city - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project, provincial Party Committee Secretary requested relevant sectors and localities to urgently organize compensation, site clearance and resettlement for affected residents, prioritizing the best solutions for them. Additionally, departments and sectors assigned with responsibilities must expedite the completion of legal documents and procedures in accordance with regulations to strive for groundbreaking after the 2025 Tey (Lunar New Year) festival, in celebration of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. On this occasion, provincial delegation also heard reports on Tan Uyen city’s urban development areas in the coming time from leaders of the city.
