Thanks to the attention and support of the district’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, three siblings Nguyen Dang Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Ngoc Bao Tran and Nguyen Ngoc Bao An with difficult circumstance in Tan Hung commune’s hamlet 5 now get a stable life. The district has just donated VND200million from provincial Child Support Fund to Tran Phuong Linh, born in 2010, in Lai Hung commune’s Cau Sat hamlet for heart surgery. The district has strengthened healthcare for children. There are now 100% of the local children under 6 granted health insurance cards, 100% of children in the age group of vaccination getting vaccination under the expanded national vaccination program. As of early May, 2020, the district has had a total of 19,162 children under 16, including 241 with extremely difficult circumstances and 263 who are in the risk of falling into extremely difficult circumstances.
