On March 27, provincial Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with the University of Labor Social Affairs organized a talk show on “Quality of workforce at market’s demand and job creation”.
At the talk show, delegates exchanged issues on the quality of Binh Duong’s workforce; the demand for workforce in the future; the efficiency of supporting linkage between laborers and businesses…Representatives of participating businesses also evaluated the quality of workforce; the demand for each labor group and each production-business field in the coming time…
It is known that on March 28 and 29, the talk show will continue taking place with the following contents: “Connecting universities, vocational training facilities with businesses in the province-Giving vocational training at market’s demand”, “Successfully building Binh Duong smart city in the 4th industrial revolution-Necessity and challenge in setting up an open data system on labor-employment and a smart university, vocational training system”.
Along with hearing speeches delivered at the talk show, delegates will contribute ideas to training and recruiting human resources at requirements of the 4th industrial revolution, thereby helping businesses in the province choice appropriate staff, vocational training facilities to grasp market’s labor demand for better training.
