2024 is the year to accelerate and speed up the completion of targets and tasks to implement the Resolution of the Tan Uyen city Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties
Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Secretary of the Tan Uyen city Party Committee, said that in 2024, although the general situation still has many difficulties, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the city Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Tan Uyen city Party Committee have focused on leading and directing the political system together with the people and businesses in the area to focus on deploying and implementing well the targets and tasks according to the Resolution. Tan Uyen city focuses on developing infrastructure, building a civilized and modern urban area
The city has completed and put into use a number of projects to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the town, now Tan Uyen city. The work of planning and developing infrastructure has been focused on, gradually improving the quality of the urban area and modernizing the urban infrastructure system associated with the renovation of urban areas. Up to now, the city has completed the criteria and is implementing the procedures to establish a project to propose recognizing Tan Uyen city as a type II urban area.

The city has also proactively deployed and well implemented the contents and tasks in the preparation for organizing Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; effectively organized the summary and evaluation of the results of the implementation of programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the city Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Mass mobilization work, activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations continue to focus on the grassroots level. The implementation of Project 02 of the Provincial Party Committee has achieved good results, the awareness and responsibility of people to participate in implementing the project have increasingly improved.
Strive to achieve key targets
Based on the results achieved and the potential and strengths of the locality, Tan Uyen city continues to set a number of targets in 2025, such as total budget revenue of VND 5,692 billion, an increase of 23% compared to the estimate approved by the city People's Council in 2024; strive for the urban green land ratio to reach 8.7m2/person; strive for the trained labor rate to reach 90.2%; introduce jobs to over 6,000 workers; strive to develop 185 new party members...
Mr. Bui Minh Tri said that the remaining time of the 2020-2025 term is not much, the city Party Executive Committee has requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and organizations in the city to focus on reviewing and implementing a number of key tasks and solutions to achieve and exceed the targets set for the 2020-2025 term.
Accordingly, the city will focus on a number of tasks and solutions such as leading and directing the good preparation of documents, personnel, and necessary conditions to organize the grassroots Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and successfully organize the 13th city Party Congress, term 2025-2030. In addition, the city continues to attract and arrange selective investment projects in accordance with the urban - service development orientation of the city and the province; remove difficulties for enterprises in conjunction with building an open investment environment; continue to propagate and mobilize people to effectively implement the construction of a cultural and civilized lifestyle, focusing on building and expanding practical and effective activities and jobs.
