In response to the World Environment Day (June 6), Tan Uyen town’s People’s Committee has just launched a ceremony to make environmental hygiene under the theme of “Connecting People to Nature”.
At the ceremony, the town’s People’s Committee offered 50 wastebaskets to localities in order to install them in public places and 24 others to locals in Tan Vinh Hiep commune. Participants also got involved in making environmental hygiene on 5 roads with a total length of 7.5km and 3 roads with a total length of 2.5km.
It is known that also on June 5, communes and wards in the town organized numerous activities on environmental hygiene in response to the World Environment Day 2017.
*In response to the World Environment Day, North Tan Uyen district’s Division of Natural Resources and Environment has also just teamed up with the district’s Public Works Enterprise and Lac An communal People’s Committee to launch a ceremony to carry out the local environmental hygiene.
At the ceremony, participants got involved in making environmental hygiene on DT746 street with the section from hamlet 1’s petrol station in the commune to Con Nai bridge; DH414 with the section from the commune’s health station to Thuong Phuc martyrs’ cemetery, Chieu market three-way crossroads to the commune’s resettlement area with a total length of 2.5km.
