Tan Uyen Town’s violation number of construction order over 9 months of 2022 decreases

On September 15, People's Committee of Tan Uyen Town held a conference to review the work of urban order reorganization over the first nine months of 2022 and deploy directions, tasks in the last months of the year.

In the first nine months of 2022, the Town Urban and Management Division in collaboration with People's Committees of communes and wards, Construction Inspection Team of Provincial Department of Construction inspected more than 1,150 construction works (up 13.6% over the same period last year 2021): there were 1,070 works built with permits, nearly 50 construction works without permits, and nearly 40 construction works without permits. The town authorities issued administrative sanction decisions in the field of construction to 56 cases with a total amount of VND 1,650 billion; there were 29 violating constructions, after being inspected, they dismantled the violating works and parts by themselves.  The total number of urban order violations in the township decreased by 17.5% over the same period in 2021.

Regarding the handling of urban order violations, restoring order on sidewalks, competent forces detected and made administrative records of more than 2,630 violation cases and collected a total fine of more than VND1,280 billion; temporarily seized more than 480 motorbikes, 200 homemade buggies, more than 1,000 signs, billboards, more than 1,000 other items violating regulations...

Concluding the conference, Huynh Van Loi, Vice Chairman of Tan Uyen Town People's Committee, asked administrative bodies of the town, communes and wards strengthen the state management in the fields of construction and land; regularly examine places and areas that possibly become illegal construction of spontaneous houses, factories, and warehouses in order to promptly handle, prevent and avoid environmental consequences and fire prevention firefighting…
