Tan Uyen city's Labor Union has issued Plan No. 98/KH-LĐLĐ on organizing Workers' Month activities and responding to Action Month of occupational safety and hygiene in the area. Tan Uyen City Labor Federation will also organize a program titled “Creative Workers: Confidently Entering the New Era”; conduct outreach activities to encourage union members and workers to enhance their skills, build resilience, and innovate their work styles. Additionally, they will host the “Creative Labor Festival 2025,” which will include competitions to propose ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions aimed at improving production processes. Other initiatives include the “Dialogue in May” program, “Thank Workers” activities to honor exemplary workers, and efforts to support union members and workers facing challenging circumstances.
