On August 29, Department of Education and Training summed up the school year 2017-2018 and set forth tasks of primary schools in school year 2018 – 2019.
In the last school year, all primary schools in the province basically completed tasks according to the education plan. Schools actively renewed teaching methods, organized many creative and experiencing activities, helped students participate in activities, thereby forging skills of students effectively. At the end of last school year, 97.5% students completed the program, 99.99% completed the primary education program...
In the school year 2018-2019, the sector will strengthen discipline, improve quality, and effectiveness of educational activities; focus on education and training of ethics, life skills, responsibility for primary school students. The Department also created good conditions for the implementation of new curricula and textbooks, especially at first grades in school year 2019-2020; teach in streamlining direction, approaching the new high school program; innovate teaching methods, learning methods, and improve assessment quality of primary school students; promote IT application in teaching and evaluating of primary school students...
On this occasion, 2 collectives and 3 individuals received certificates of merit of Ministry of Education-Training; 5 collectives, 6 individuals received certificates of merit of Provincial People's Committee for achievements over 20 years in building national standard schools (1997 -2017).
