On the morning of June 3, Thu Dau Mot (TDM)’s People's Council had a meeting to supervise the local urban rejuvenation for the period of 2020-2025 in the wards of Phu Tho, Phu Loi and Phu Hoa. The delegation organized two groups of carrying out field-trips in some locations where there were problems in the implementation of the local urban rejuvenation projects.
As a central urban area of Thu Dau Mot city, Phu Tho ward is a locality with rapid urbanization, construction works increasing in both scale and diversity in capital sources. The ward’s urban rejuvenation has come into order with the local socio-economic and urban face and people's lives improved constantly.
So far, there have been alleys upgraded with a public lighting system managed by the ward. The work of maintaining and renovating the pavements of roads has been fully invested by the locality in accordance with regulations; the management and establishment of urban-construction order and traffic safety are always guaranteed...
At the meeting, the delegation asked for the 3 above mentioned localities to report their shortcomings related to urban rejuvenation in order to submit to their superiors for solutions in the near future.
