According to TDM city’s Division of Culture and Information, the city is now home to 5 national-level relics, 6 provincial-level ones together with 39 communal houses, pagodas and temples with plentiful festive activities.
Apart from meeting the spiritual life of the local people, festive activities at city-based communal houses, pagodas and temples have absorbed numerous tourists. The city has also regularly restored the local relic sites. The city’s project on “Preserving and developing Tuong Binh Hiep lacquer village in association with tourism development” has just approved by provincial People’s Committee. This is the premise for the city to tap and create a general strength for the local tourism development in the coming time.
