Speaking at the meeting, Mr.Loi highly appreciated the efforts by the city in Covid-19 prevention and control as well as implementation of the plan to build the "green zone", bringing the locality back to the new normal state. He agreed with the plan to bring the city to the new normal state in accordance with the above-mentioned phases. In addition, he noted that the city should pay attention to the recovery of economic activities in association with Covid-19 control and prevention; establish additional 3 mobile medical stations with ambulances, medical forces for better efficiency; continue adhering to the spirit of "if having not got Covid-19 vaccines yet, people do not go out".
He also asked for the city to allow people to travel in the "green zone" after getting full two shots of Covid-19 vaccine. This is also applied for those vaccinated with one shot plus SARS-CoV2 negative test results as well as F0 cases discharged from hospitals to return home. When returning to the new normal state, the city must ensure good control over the pandemic; be always ready to carry out timely plans against the pandemic if it resurges.
In the long term, the city needs to deliberate about the location to establish its first and second-floor Covid-19 treatment hospital; consider and propose the province to set up its Covid-19 treatment hospital at Thu Dau Mot park. The city also needs to consider piloting the establishment of dispensaries in industrial parks, compounds and companies, with the goal that with 5,000-7,000 workers, each area will have a dispensary to give healthcare for workers...
