To carry out the fundamental, comprehensive innovation in education-training, teaching staff of North Tan Uyen District has been constantly innovative, creative in teaching activities. The two following teacher examples have contributed to the good quality of education - training activities in the province.

Teacher Vo Thi Kim Tuyen (born in 1988) of Thuong Tan Primary School is a young good teacher who is enthusiastic about the local cause of cultivating people.
To teacher Tuyen, for students to pronounce and spell correctly, it is a quite difficult but necessary thing. Therefore, teacher Tuyen studied and shared with her colleagues "Some solutions to help teachers teach spelling well in grade 2". This is also her thesis that was recognized by the district in the school year 2018-2019. After applying this initiative, students' learning quality in Vietnamese language has improved significantly, their spelling and writing have less mistakes than before. In addition, as writing words, sentences, and short paragraphs, students also write much better. They feel comfortable and love the class of teacher Tuyen. This thesis has helped improving the quality of teaching and learning Vietnamese language in all 2nd grades.
In addition, teacher Tuyen regularly studies and improves her professional skills, foreign language, and IT skills to fulfill the assigned tasks, to meet increasing requirements of the education career. During class hours, teacher Tuyen actively uses IT applications in teaching preparation, introduces lively images to students, and regularly organizes knowledge review in the form of learning games for students to enjoy learning. and better memorize knowledge. After each lesson, she spends her time on receiving feedback from students in order to timely adjust her teaching methods.
With her efforts in teaching, wholeheartedly support for students, actively participation in emulation activities, teacher Tuyen won a consolation prize of province-level Vo Minh Duc Award for good teachers of primary schools in the 2018-2019 school year; rewarded by Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, received Minister of Education and Training's certificate of merit for having excellent results in the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in teach and learning”.
Teacher Che Thi Thuan: To renovate teaching methods
Teacher Che Thi Thuan and her students won the second prize of Sao Khue Award for Good student in literature at provincial level in school year 2019-2020.
At Tan Binh High School, teacher Che Thi Thuan teaches Vietnamese language and Literature, is a prominent face who actively innovates teaching, testing and assessing methods. Over the past 17 years, she has been a pioneer in emulation movements of the whole education-training branch. She always brings students lively learning hours, actively innovates teaching activities, and has done 14 empirical studies.
All of her initiatives have been applied into teaching at Tan Binh High School. “I have shared my initiatives with colleagues inside and outside the province. These ideas have been referenced, refined, applied into the teaching process at many units, and brought high effectiveness in education", said teacher Thuan. Among her initiatives, a thesis named “Some experiences for more effective writing lessons” were applied by 214 high school literature teachers in the province during a summer professional training course.
Teacher Thuan also contributed opinions and helped her colleagues to participate in exams for good teachers at all levels and writing experience initiatives. Most recently, she has helped two teachers to take part in and gained the title of excellent teacher at provincial level. Due to the implementation of innovation and creativity in teaching, her students love to learn literature more, thus the annual rate of students graduating from this high school is often higher than the common rate of the whole province. With her experience, every year, teacher Thuan also detects and cultivates students to participate in province-level literary contest for excellent students. Eight students cultivated by teacher Thuan won excellent student's prize in literature at provincial Sao Khue Award, of which one student won a second prize.
Ms. Thuan's contributions to the cause of cultivating people have been recognized by all levels. She received certificate of merits granted by Ministry of Education and Training, the Prime Minister. In 2020, Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit to teacher Thuan for her outstanding results in the patriotic emulation movement over period 2015-2020.
