In the academic year 2017-2018, provincial education and training sector continues to implement the motto: "Substantive innovation, enhanced efficiency". Renewing and innovation in teaching, it is the responsibility of teachers in the reform phase. The innovation of teachers will be the enthusiasm for students to be more creative in learning.

To actively innovate
With the motto of innovation for good teaching, good learning, the movement of innovation and creativity has taken place in all schools in the province. Each teacher participates in the innovation through at least one initiative according to the motto "Every teaching hour is an advanced step in teaching, every day at school has a renovation in teaching work” to improve the efficiency of work. This has contributed to improving the quality of each school and the entire sector. Since then, each officer and teacher has heightened their sense of self-improvement, self-training to improve their professional qualifications; through each specific task, actively renew teaching methods and working style. Schools have also set up a "team of teachers to develop together" with many innovative themes and projects that bring practical effects to the school.
Hung Vuong Gifted High School is a school with many prominent teachers. Tan Phuoc Khanh High School (Tan Uyen town) expresses the creativity of teachers through academic achievements of students. In the last school year, owing to the effective specialized cultivation of history – geography – civics teacher group for excellent students, the school has made a great achievement, when 10 students of the school got province-level prizes and 1 student won the consolation prize in history at national competition.
As identifying "innovation, creativity in teaching and learning" to improve educational quality in a comprehensive and sustainable way, Trade Union of Phu Giao district education and training sector of has directed 100% of schools and school-based trade unions to implement this motto. Ms. Vo Thi Thu Thao, President of the Trade Union, said that to promote the role of exemplary cadres, every party member and teacher keeps constantly creating and innovating in management, teaching and scientific research, resulting in 426 initiatives, 68 pedagogic researches with high applicability and 5 students won the national English exam through the Internet, Violympic math in Vietnamese via the Internet.
Improved efficiency
The movement "innovation, creativity in teaching and learning" has even though only been launched for one school year, but the effect is obvious. At the "Vo Minh Duc Award" for good teachers, there were 374 teachers participating in the contest, of which 90 teachers were recognized.
At the national excellent student contest, students in the province achieved 15 prizes, including 1 second, 5 third prize and 9 consolation prizes. 15 students won prizes at the scientific calculator-based math problem solving exam...
Talking to us, Le Thi Thu Van, Trade Union Vice President of the sector, said in the school year 2017-2018, the sector continued to deploy the movement "Renewing, innovation in teaching and learning" in a practical, effective way and at the same time integrated with the emulation movement "Building up friendly schools, active students", campaigns of the sector, especially the campaign "Democracy – Discipline - Love - Responsibility" and "Each teacher is a moral example, self-training and creativity”.
