Teaching is a special profession for the very production is the knowledge, morality and personality of the students. Of that sense, teaching is honored by the society. And more respect more responsibility. A devoted teacher must be fond of his career with frequent ethic and profession training to play the role of education.
Dedication and devotion
The first requirement in a teacher is dedication to the career. A dedicated teacher shall not follow a same teaching method all the time as no method is perfect and the teacher need to inspire and understand competence of the students to make use of suitable methods. For weaker students, the teacher must be closer to encourage them.
For Bui Thi Oanh, a teacher of Lai Thieu Primary School in Thuan An Town, she never stays put in classroom but move everytime to each student seeing through their lesson. She helps her students with how to sit in right positions and how to write properly.
"The students here are mainly children of immigrant laborers out of the province, who have less attention of parents, so we, the teachers have to be closer to them. For special ones, we may ask them to sit in easy observing places, " said Oanh.

The heart of a teacher is seen through compassion. From such compassion, such teacher shall make use of all their mind and knowledge to teach well. Dedication and commitment to students do not only lay within knowledge but also understanding of the students' lives for timely orientation. Ms. Tran Nu Qui, a teacher of Dinh Hoa Secondary School in Thu Dau Mot City is one of such teachers.
Students usually come to her for confinement of their minds thanks to her gentle communication. She is always closer to students of difficult lives. Qui said: "Knowledge is not enough in education, the teacher should be closer to their students for them to overcome difficulties to continue schooling."
A responsible teacher is also expressive of qualification improvement. Recently, teachers in the province have been improved in terms of qualifications thanks to their efforts of self-learning.
The movement of "each teacher is an example of self-learning, ethics, and creativity" and action movement of "exemplified ethics" have become regular activities to improve responsibility of the teachers and education managers. Mr. Duong The Phuong, Director of the Binh Duong Department of Education and Training (DOET) asserted that the movement of self-learning activities is regularly conducted by teachers.
It is the responsibility spirit to the students. Seeing through the provincial teaching staffs, all the teachers are beloved to the public, co-workers, and students.
Positive reforms
Teaching is an art and teachers are artists who must be creative enough. The teachers are required to have passion and creativity in renewing knowledge and adapting to new procedures to promote creativity in students. We can say that the provincial teachers have made many measures to enhance the method quality and innovation of more methods making use of visual aids and information technology.
At Dong Hoa Primary School in Di An town, the teachers have voluntarily improved their learning of information technology with proficient use of existing equipment. They are encouraged to self-desiging electronic lesson plans. Thereon, they are trained up in terms of skills and method combination.
Implementing education reform, DOET, this year, diverts its student evaluation from marks to remarks. The review of each student pressurizes the teachers however, they are serious with their career. Ms. Tran Thi Le Hong, a teacher of Ly Tu Trong Primary School in Thuan An Town, said the positive aspect of this approach is that the teachers shall be closely monitoring their students to promote proactive and positive students while encouraging them to learn. Thus, it may be time consuming but all teachers are for it.
Thanks to the dedication, education quality has been improved with increasing excellent students and more quality students than previous year.
