Previously, she could not make end meet due to lacks of land and money for the farm. Local authority, then, offered her with a loan of VND 15 million from poverty reduction fund; and she started up with vegetables.
“I could not afford for the fertilizers but not it is the problem of the past thanks to local support,” she said.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tru, Chair of local people’s committee, informed that only 16 families are now in poverty. Working is the key to poverty reduction, thus, the local authority has proceeded with loan offerings to local people through channels of sectors and unions, helping them with ways to earn.
Cooperating with Mam Xanh Fertilizer Corporation, local authority has opened training courses for local farmers to start up with planting and breeding to earn for the family.
Phu Chanh is now inter-connected by modern pathways on which changes happen almost everyday and people are getting rich.
