Of 13-15 years of experience, each has been employed by their own background stories. The utmost general fact is that both Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Mai and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet have been so happy working for Binh Duong Urban Construction One-member Co. Ltd. They have, then, worked for tens of days on the farms for every 3 months in Tien Giang Province but they could not afford family care. Thus, Mai and her husband have left for Binh Duong Province to settle down. They have chosen to work for the team of sanitation and draining of Binh Duong Urban Construction One-member Co. Ltd. Fifteen years of working have passed them by and on daily basis she and her colleagues leave behind the tidy streets for new days of delight. Mai is so happy for her meaning actions. She, by enthusiasm and consideration, has been promoted to position of a team leader. In the position, she has been more responsible for reminding everyone to fulfill their assignments. For her, work fulfillment does not mean the work alone but the call for people to join hands in environment protection.
The work of sanitation team should not be disrespected as the common work of cleaning. No one could imagine that Nguyet has been through 13 years of working in rainy and sunny days no matter how early or late on the streets. At home, the merit certificates of the company and local authorities are the best awards for her devotion which has made us so proud. Nguyet tells us about assignment fulfillments and the sense of family to be a part of the team. We have followed them to have wider understanding of their subtle devotion to life. They start working at 1:00A.M when every other person is fast asleep so as to ensure clean streets for the morning. For them, work fulfillment is a must irrespective of the weather so that all the streets are tidy for the sunrise.
