Early September 27, at Di An Town Library was the awarding ceremony for the Contest of writing and decorating wall-newspaper 2014 under the theme of “Joint hands to protect the environment”. The Contest was co-held by the town’s Office of Culture and Information and Office of Education and Training in a bid to propagate for higher awareness of environment protection like protecting everyone lives.
Over 1 month of contesting, organizers have received 82 wall-newspapers of 24 schools in the town. Each wall-newspaper is beautifully decorated on A0 heavy duty paper (supplied by the organizers) to impress the lookers-on.
As a result, the organizers awarded 42 prizes to winning teachers and schools. The first team prize was awarded to An Binh Elememtary School and Tan Binh Junior High School.
