The highest 2025 Lunar New Year bonus in Binh Duong is 375 million VND

On December 14, the Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs provided an update on wages, bonuses, and labor relations in enterprises located in Binh Duong province for the upcoming Lunar New Year in 2025.

A comprehensive review revealed that a total of 1,771 enterprises reported their Tet bonus situations to the Department. Out of these, 1,676 enterprises have established plans for Tet bonuses in 2025, while 95 enterprises have not yet formulated any plans for bonuses.

It is expected that the highest bonus for the 2025 New Year is 368 million VND and the highest bonus for the 2025 Lunar New Year is 375 million VND (both belong to FDI enterprises located in industrial parks).

The average 2025 Lunar New Year bonus is 8.77 million VND; the lowest bonus is 4.960 million VND (for employees who have worked for 12 months).

At the end of the year, Trade Unions at all levels are actively working to ensure the well-being of workers during the 2025 Lunar New Year.

Mr. Pham Van Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, stated that the Department is continuing to collaborate with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and local authorities in districts and cities. Their goal is to monitor and understand the production, business operations, and living conditions of workers in enterprises. This coordination aims to develop solutions that maintain a balance between labor supply and demand, ensuring job security for workers in the area.
