Secretary of the Youth Union of Thu Dau Mot City, Anh Nguyen Minh Tam, stated that volunteer teams organize meaningful activities, through specific, practical actions, contributing to raising the awareness of youth union members and the people in implementing urban civilized lifestyle, creating a green - clean - beautiful environment; affirming the role of youth in participating with the locality in building a civilised, healthy lifestyle.
After the mobilization ceremony, volunteer teams have deployed to clean up and plant trees in the park; clean up the canal route; provide medical examinations, health consultations, and free medication to the people, youth union members in the boarding house area; visit and give gifts to 5 socially privileged families.. At the same time, 100% of the city's Youth Union facilities have been deployed to carry out youth projects for urban civilization.
