The movement of all people unifying to build cultural life with 5 contents and 7 concretized movements has attracted all classes of people in the locality to participate, demonstrating the whole people’s comprehensiveness with higher daily quality covering all areas of social life.
Among the 5 contents, the solidarity to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty has been typical as the front levels and town mass organizations have actively coordinated in propagating and mobilizing people to well participate in calling and mobilizing benefactors to help people in difficult circumstances. The annual rate of households escaping poverty of the town has reached and exceeded the set plan, exampled by the number of poor households so far at only 250 households.
The typical movement to build cultural family is among the 7 movements to achieve remarkable results as the cell of society and the the cradle of forming and nurturing personality. The quantity and quality of recognized cultural titles have been increased day by day. In 2021, the town recognized 26,772 households with cultural titles, gainig 98.38%. It also recognized 44 cultural quarters and hamlets at the rate of 100%; 3,505 cultural accommodation areas, accounting for 97.25%, recognized; 3 communes meeting new rural cultural standards, accounting for the rate of 100%, recognized; 119 cultural agencies, units and enterprises, accounting for over 88%, recognized.
The movement has contributed to building a civilized lifestyle and a healthy cultural environment. In fact, in the past year, there have been positive changes in the implementation of a civilized lifestyle in weddings, mourning, and restriction of mass gatherings for COVID-19 prevention and control. Up to now, the town has mobilized 492 weddings and 787 funerals to implement new cultural lifestyle, of which, 157 cases have administered postponement, cancellation, restriction of guests, and internal family organization for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.
Along with that, the cultural, artistic and sports movements at the grassroots level have been also promoted, making positive changes to become a large and practical social activity, contributing to the construction and development of people's cultural, economic and social lives in each locality. All localities have focused on completing investments into grassroots cultural and sports institutions to improve the efficiency of cultural, artistic and sports activities in order to meet the enjoyment needs of the local people.

Talking to us, Ms. Tran Thi Thao, Deputy Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Ben Cat town, said that the movement of all people unifying to build cultural life in the town has made remarkable progress with an increasingly strong pervasive power in every field of society. The movement has aroused people's spirit of solidarity to help in economic development, hunger eradication and poverty alleviation, creating a premise in building new rural areas and civilized cities, and contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development tasks of the locality.
On the basis of the achieved results, in 2022, Ben Cat Town will continue to mobilize the strength of the entire Party, people and all resources of the society to focus on well implementing the movement; at the same time, it will improve the quality of cultural titles and create positive changes in attributing people with ideology, morality, and cultural lifestyle to preserve and promote national cultural values and to repel social evils. Every year, the registration of titles is carried out to each household and residential area at the beginning of the year to the end of the year by reviewing and commenting according to the correct process. In 2022, the town strives to have 100% of households, hamlets and hostels in the area register to participate in such cultural titles, striving to the end of 2022, 99% of households in the town would achieve cultural titles, 98% cultural hostels, and over 90% of agencies, units and enterprises to meet cultural standards.
In order for the movement to develop widely and improve the quality, Ms. Tran Thi Thao, said that in the coming time, Ben Cat Town will continue to direct the movement's activities towards grassroots and always innovating contents and modes of operations by improving the efficiency and quality of local movements.
