Early August 25, an investigation was made by Economic and Budget Affair Board of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Council under leadership of Nguyen Tam Duong, the Deputy Head of the board in a working session with Thu Dau Mot City People’s Committee regarding the planning and construction of water drainage system outside industrial parks in Thu Dau Mot City.
Currently, 36 residential and urban areas exist in Thu Dau Mot City. For the Industry-Service-Urban Complex, the water drainage system connection is planned for the whole area drainage system. As the Complex is constructed with planned drainage system connection for 7 industrial parks which have been completed, no connecting construction has been made outside those industrial parks.
Previously, the water drainage system was not been established for industrial parks and urban areas, prompting them to make drainage connection to the available system or to current waterways. Now, Binh Duong Provincial Institution of Urban Planning and Development has planned for foundation elevation and surface water drainage until 2030 and vision to 2050.
The investigation delegation and competent authorities of Thu Dau Mot City has surveyed onsite of water releasing locations in the province while noting feedbacks and proposals.
