On the morning of November 7, the monitoring delegation of the Standing Committee of the 10th Provincial People's Council conducted a thematic monitoring of the implementation of tasks of decentralization and delegation of state management authority in the province. At the monitoring session, representatives of the Provincial People's Committee presented a report on the implementation results of the decentralization and delegation of state management authority in the province. The representative of the Provincial People's Council presented a report on the results of supervision to the District People's Committee on the implementation of tasks of decentralization and delegation of state management authority at the district level. At the same time, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions and recommendations on common difficulties and problems and proposed solutions related to implementing decentralization and delegation of authority tasks.
Speaking at the monitoring session, Mr. Vo Van Minh emphasized that the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the implementation of decentralization and delegation of authority, contributing to improving work efficiency. Based on the monitoring results, the Provincial People's Committee adjusted, supplemented and completed the Project to promote decentralization for the People's Committees at district and commune levels and specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.
Concluding the session, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc acknowledged the effective implementation of decentralization tasks and delegation of state management authority by the Provincial People's Committee, contributing to improving management effectiveness and efficiency. Besides, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council asked the Provincial People's Committee to absorb the delegates' comments to adjust and supplement the project and submit to the regular meeting of the People's Council at the end of the year.
