To implement Official Letter No. 524 / UBND-VX of Provincial People's Committee on medical declarations for all people to prevent and fight against Covid-19 in the province, provincial Department of Health directed medical units to join hands with relevant branches and localities to boost medical declaration for people. At present, the whole province has 1,707,926 people taking part in medical declaration, accounting for 66.37% of the total population. The three main applications that people have used to make declaration on their smartphones are: NCOVI, online tokhaiyte, Bluezone.
Previously, in order to effectively complete the universal health report, the whole province established 4,419 COVID-19 community safety groups in all localities. Each team has 2 to 3 members. Team members quickly ascertained their local situation, reported to COVID-19 Steering Committee in communes, wards and towns; closely monitored, knocked on every door, checked each person to have itinerary of each person.
