Since the beginning of this epidemic season, Binh Duong has had 4,608 people completing quarantine at home and place of residence. People who are isolated at home were people with normal health, self-awareness and voluntarily overcoming inconveniences and difficulties to complete the quarantine time. In order to well carry out the management and strict supervision of isolated cases at home and places of residence, Department of Health asked district, city and town health centers to seriously implement “Instructions on quarantine at home and place of residence” of Ministry of Health. In particular, Department of Health directed health centers of communes, wards and towns to work closely with relevant units, assign health workers to daily measure body temperature and monitor the health condition of quarantined people; In case they cannot come directly, they must guide the isolated person to measure daily body temperature, monitor by phone; instructed isolated people to take measures to prevent infection.
In addition, the Department also directs and strictly implements regulations on prevention and control of infection as prescribed by Ministry of Health to health workers when interacting with isolated people.
