Thu Dau Mot University yesterday held a ceremony to launch the 2014 summer
youth volunteer campaign.

During the campaign, the school’s volunteer students will be divided into 6 squads to localities, including Tay Ninh, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ben Cat, Thuan An. There is a volunteer squad at the school. Attending these squads are 200 students. Accordingly, they will get involved in many significant activities, including mobilizing organizations and individuals to present computers and gifts to poor pupils and policy beneficiary families; upgrading rural roads; teaming up with relevant agencies to tidy up martyrs' monuments and memorials; lighting incense sticks to commemorate heroic martyrs; visiting and presenting gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27); kicking off the “Green Sunday”, “Voluntary Saturday” campaigns…
It is known that this campaign will last one month from July 14 to August 15.
