The Inspection Team checking on administrative reforms of Thuan An city has worked with Lai Thieu ward People's Committee regarding the administrative reforms and functions, tasks, and conducts of document archiving.
Lai Thieu ward Peoples Committee has paid regular attention to administrative reforms by directing grassroots legal-based with scrunity and public posting of new States regulations in senior States agencies. The ward authority has paid much attention to reception and return dossiers by post, ensuring online public services and payments. In 2023, the ratio of dossiers returned with administrative procedure resolution was at 99.9%, comparing to 100% in the first 9 months of 2024.
The one-stop shop section has received and resolved 3,466 dossiers submitted online, 1,349 dossiers submitted at the counters, and 3,433 electronically certified documents. The ward has also implemented online non-cash payments related to the processes of receiving and resolving administrative procedures through the non-stop shop, by which 2,099 have paid online. For the solutions to improve 266 Index, the ward Peoples Committee have gained prominent achievements with the first ranking out of 10 wards and communes in Thuan An city for the time term from the beginning of the year to October 2024.
Addressing the working session, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Uy, Deputy Chairman of Thuan An city Peoples Committee appreciated the efforts and management of Lai Thieu ward Peoples Committeee in improving the indexes of administrative procedure reforms and supervision in a bid to transform awwareness and manner of servicing the public among its staff with focus on taking satisfaction as the measurement of operation quality and effectiveness with enhanced propaganda of administrative reforms in lively and various formats.
