Over the past time, Thuan An town-based division of Environment and Natural Resources’ youth union has positively joined implementation of administration reform by applying managerial software into the work.
As a result, the application has shrunk time for people. Otherwise, the youth union has offered good advices for the town People’s Committee to shrink working time. For example, processes of granting certificates and changing land using purpose have been narrowed from 2 to 7 days.
Possibly speaking, the work has created an impetus for the youth union’s young public servants to excel their tasks. Especially, the work has helped raise awareness on service for people, responsibility for the community and voluntary spirit. Dang Le Binh, secretary of the youth union, said “Aside from implementing administration reform, the youth union often promulgates relevant laws and policies for members to help them increase their professional knowledge”.
With over 40 unionists and youths, the youth union’s members have joined in youth movements lively. Every unionist has contributed to build the youth union strongly.
