"Thuan An women with traffic culture" contest held

On the morning of October 11, more than 200 women of Thuan An city participated in a "Thuan An women with traffic culture" contest organized by the city's Women's Union.

Contestants draw propaganda pictures to promote traffic culture

The program included 2 contents, including multiple-choice test on traffic safety and traffic culture. Each commune and ward had 3 participating members. The drawing contest with the theme of "Thuan An women with traffic culture" lasted 90 minutes. Each team had 2 members drawing a picture on A0 paper and then presented its content.

The contest also integrated propaganda of the Road Traffic Law for members and women of 10 communes and wards. The propaganda content was presented by Major Tran Tuan Anh of Thuan An city’s Police Agency’s Traffic and Order Police Team.

The contest aimed at strengthening dissemination and education of traffic safety laws, gradually raising  self-awareness of the local Women’s Union’s cadres and members, creating changes in the observance of traffic laws, traffic culture and other regulations on urban civilization and order among them. The activity also propagandized and mobilized people from all strata, step by step forming up "Traffic Culture" to build up a civilized urban lifestyle.
