Socialization of caring activities for children is a movement and calls for participation of the whole society to exercise of children's rights. With this meaning, in recent years, labor - invalids and social affairs sector in the province has cooperated with mass media agencies, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels, and unions toenhancepropagation and encouragehouseholds and communities to do well the prevention for children not to fall into special circumstances. Nguyen Ngoc Hang, Deputy Director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs said: “In order to well implement basic rights of children, raise awareness for people, create a safe and healthy environment for children to be fully developed, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs regularly do propagation on district and commune radio programs with a duration of 10 minutes / week / commune on Children's Law, Decree 56/2017 / ND-CP of the Government on detailed regulations of Law on Children, Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence, prevention of child injury accidents, and in activities of Youth Union, summer activities”. In particular, quarterly, the department also held a meeting to evaluate the situation of child protection and care to catch up news,learn about difficulties to take measures, timely support and intervent.

Furthermore, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs cooperated with relevant departments, agencies and unions, and directedOffice of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in districts, towns and cities to organize the launching ceremony ofAction Month Action for children and opening of summer activities. In this program, units committed to protecting and caring for children. In addition, the department also counseled Provincial People's Committee to hold a conference on the enforcement of Children Law and the Government's Decree on Children Law for members of Steering Committee of Action program for Children and Gender Equality in period 2016-2020 at province, district levels, and leaders of People's Committees of 91 communes, wards and towns.

Regarding the socialization of caring activities for children, Provincial Child Protection Fund is a good example. Over 21 years (1997-2018), Provincial Child Protection Fund received a lot of love and support from economic organizations, businesses, and individuals in and outside the province for disadvantaged children. The sharing of benefactors had a practical meaning in caring for unhappy lives. With the purpose and task of taking care of children in extremely difficult circumstances, Provincial Child Protection Fund is always aware of their responsibilities. In 2018, this organization mobilized VND8.8 billion to implement programs such as: Mid-Autumn Festival for children, awarding scholarships, heart surgery program... These programs brought many opportunities and good living conditions for disadvantaged children to continue going to school, receiving medical treatment, personal development in all aspects.
Provincial Child Protection Fund maintained, expanded and developed many remarkable activities so that disadvantaged children had opportunities to receive support. The scholarship program has been supported by economic organizations. By long-term sponsorship with monthly donations of VND500 to 1 million / month, disadvantaged children’s study was not interrupted. After 4 years, the number of children receiving supports was 157 with a total cost of VND1.9 billion. Or the program of nurturing dreams has opened opportunities, brought joy to families of children in especially difficult circumstances.
