With the motto "Initiative and experience are precious assets of the nation, we must strive to make it abundant and spread forever", in recent years, the emulation movement "Excellent Labor, creative labor" among Trade Unions of Binh Duong industrial parks has developed strongly. Every year, thousands of initiatives help workers improve their skills and bring tens billion of VND to businesses.
Identifying the emulation movement "Excellent Labor, creative labor" as one of key movements, Trade Unions of Binh Duong industrial parks have directed and deployed the movement extensively to each grassroots trade union. With many abundant contents and forms, grassroots trade unions and enterprises enthusiastically responded to the movement, contributing to the completion of production and business objectives of each enterprise.
As a result, grassroots trade unions actively cooperated with employers to launch patriotic movements in various forms and contents in accordance with characteristics and actual situation of each enterprise; The focus was "Excellent labor, creative labor". Dao Tran Dong, Vice Chairman of Trade Unions of Binh Duong industrial parks, said that the movement "Excellent labor, creative labor" had been launched regularly, continuously among enterprises; tied to production objectives and tasks, helped enterprises overcome difficulties, stabilize and develop business, actively contributed to the completion of socio-economic development targets of the province.
The movement also encouraged trade union members to develop initiatives, technical innovations, apply scientific and technical advances into production, practice thrift and reduce management costs and consumption of raw materials, improve productivity, quality, enhance competitiveness in regional and international integration. In particular, patriotic emulation movements in general have been joined with the studying and following the thought, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, arousing the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, creativity of workers, encouraging workers to learn and improve knowledge, skills, gradually meet the requirements of integration and development.
From the movement "Excellent labor, creative labor", there were many excellent collectives and individuals with initiatives and technical innovations that have been applied into production, thus contributing to labor productivity improvement, environmental pollution reduction, cost reduction products for businesses, competitiveness improvement. For example, Tran Huu Thanh (Thien Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Dong An IP) had many initiatives, including ideas to innovate circuit boards, helping increase productivity, product quality and overcome defective machines in production, benefiting the business $40,000, equivalent to VND880 million/machine compared to buying new boards. Or Nguyen Trong Hung (Chinli Company, Viet Huong IP) also had many initiatives, including the initiative to make use of wasted materials to make decals guiding shutdown and startup buttons of all machines in the workshop. As a result, this initiative benefited the company more than VND50 million and especially contributed to minimizing labor accidents.
