Provincial Department of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs has sent official documents to individuals, organizations and enterprises in the province to guide the assistance offered to foreign workers to work in Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, Department of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs recommends individuals, organizations and enterprises in the province in need of this support to make a list of foreign employees, who need entry for work in Binh Duong.
The lists and documents may be sent to Provincial Administrative Center and Department of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs (in the case of enterprises in industrial parks, documents may be sent to Management Board of the industrial park).
In order to ensure that foreign workers could enter the province as soon as possible, Department of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs recommends individuals, organizations and enterprises to sort and select indispensable foreign workers according to order of precedence, including investors, managers, key personnel and employees who have work permit.
