The organization of about 500 Youth’s League members have been established for quick actions at communes and wards to undermine the outburst of violence.Through the models, Youth’s League organization can grasp up ideology of young factory workers to educate them of good behavior.Care for new waysIn 3 years of the projects, the gathering of youths has been effectively conducted. The particular activities have been implemented including the week for young factory workers, and the funds for young factory workers away from home. Over VND 870 million has been given to young factory workers away from home to support them through difficulties.Besides, cultural and performing activities have been promoted to service young factory workers. For better achievement of the projects in 2014-2015, at the semi concluding meeting of the project, delegates have proposed to central Youth’s League to maintain and expand effective models while establishing new sub-divisions of associations of young factory workers.Addressing the semi conclusion meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem Member of Standing Committee, Head of Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee, Head of the project, highly appreciated the achievements while calling for new activities to attract more young factory workers with improvement of quality and introduction of young elites to be admitted to the Party.Reported by Thanh Le – Translated by Vi Bao

In 3 years of implementing the project of “Unifying and gathering young factory workers in Binh Duong Province” from 2011 to 2015 (hereby called the project), up to date, over 50,000 factory workers have been gathered to unions. The implementation of the project has contributed to improvement of awareness among enterprises and social classes regarding the role of working class towards the development of the province.Promoting effects of modelsSo as to make the project a meaningful playground for factory workers, in the process, the Youth’s League grassroots have constructed new models to satisfy the needs of young factory workers. Particularly, the charity classrooms for children of factory workers in hardship, having no conditions to pursue schooling have been opened by Youth’s League grassroots across Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An Town, Di An Town, and Tan Uyen Town. The model of instructing young factory workers to higher literacy in Thu Dau Mot City, the model of hostels not manipulating electricity and water prices, the model of factory workers of the same ethnicity, etc. have been operating.
