Also on Lunar New Year, schools at all levels always offer warm gifts to needy children. This support is a great encouragement that helps children overcome their difficult circumstance to strive for learning.
Poor children's way to school is now no longer uneven. In order not to miss any difficult circumstance, education-training branch, all-level Study Promotion Society regularly check the number of poor students, including those coming from other localities are also be tended. Thanks to the support of units, such as: Dai Nam Joint Stock company, provincial Lottery Company... In 2019, provincial Study Promotion Society awarded over 1,200 scholarships to children. In addition, Study Promotion Societies of districts, towns, cities and grassroots also donated thousands of scholarships to students. Tran Hieu, Vice Chairman of Provincial Study Promotion Society, said: "Scholarships encourage students to overcome difficulties and study well, contributing to the construction of a learning society. We hope that in the coming time, Study Promotion Society would continue to receive the support of donors to help disadvantaged lives, poor children continue going to school".

Among the rights, children have the right to receive health care. Provincial Children Sponsoring Fund is the address for needy children to rely on if they have critical illnesses. Humane health care programs are being carried out, such as: Heart surgery program, smile surgery, support for eye malformation surgery. Poor children who suffer from critical illnesses, traffic accidents, death from drowning etc. are also noted and timely supported by Provincial Children Sponsoring Fund. Over 5 months of 2020, there were 24 children, who suffered critical illnesses and were supported in health care and treatment.Every case received VND30 million.
This program is indeed meaningful to help these children get over their illness. Nguyen Tan Trieu, Director of Provincial Children Sponsoring Fund, said: "Thanks to donations from benefactors, the fund has supported disadvantaged children in many forms, including and aspiration incubation program. We hope that the program could help children have more good conditions for illness treatment, as well as give more strength and children's belief in a better life".
"On occasion of International Children's Day this year, the province organized visits, gave 2,800 gifts to children having special difficult circumstances. In addition, Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs offices in districts, towns and cities also counselled People's Committees to arrange visits, give gifts to children."
