Historically, in addition to overseeing and directing the execution of essential tasks, the Thu Dau Mot city Party Committee has concentrated on leading, preparing, and organizing Party Congresses at all levels, including the 13th city Party Congress for the term 2025-2030. Effectively coordinate congresses
In accordance with Directive 35 from the Politburo and the plan established by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for organizing Party congresses at all levels in preparation for the 14th National Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the Thu Dau Mot city Party Committee has promptly developed and issued a plan to lead and oversee the execution of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Consequently, the city Party Committee has designated the Hoa Phu Ward Party Committee as the unit responsible for organizing the model congress, while the Phu My Ward Party Committee will conduct the pilot congress to directly elect the secretary during the congress.
With the initiative of the selected Party Committees to organize model and pilot congresses, alongside the consistent leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the city Party Committee, these committees have successfully executed their congresses. The Party Committees of Hoa Phu Ward and Phu My Ward meticulously prepared all aspects, including the establishment of a content subcommittee, a personnel subcommittee, and a congress organization and service subcommittee. These subcommittees coordinated closely, adhering to the guidance of superiors and the directives of the model congress steering group established by the Standing Committee of the city Party Committee. They provided counsel to the Party Committees and the Standing Committees to ensure thorough preparation of content, personnel, and organizational services for the timely execution of the Party Congress. The election of the executive committee, secretary, standing committee, and inspection committee was conducted in accordance with established principles and procedures. The election list maintained a balance as per regulations, and the candidacy and nomination processes adhered to the election guidelines.
The assessment by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee indicates that, due to meticulous preparation across all dimensions, both the model and pilot congresses were successful. The Party Committees tasked with organizing the pilot congresses executed them with seriousness, adhering to established principles and procedures, effectively promoting democracy, and ensuring compliance with directives from superiors. To promptly prepare for the city CPV Congress
The Thu Dau Mot city Party Committee is privileged to be chosen by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to host a model congress at the grassroots level, aimed at acquiring insights for organizing district-level Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term. Recently, the Thu Dau Mot city Party Committee has proactively undertaken preparations for the model congresses of grassroots Party Committees, ensuring success through meticulous attention to the organization and drafting of documents, personnel management, and promotional activities. These efforts not only provide invaluable experiences to assist grassroots Party Committees within the city Party Committee in successfully conducting the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term but also play a crucial role in facilitating the successful organization of the 13th city Party Congress for the same term.

Additionally, it has instructed the Organizing Committee of the city Party Committee and relevant units to thoroughly review and enhance the planning of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and leadership and management positions for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms, ensuring strict adherence to regulations. The city Party Committee has also sanctioned the planning of cadre positions under the purview of the Standing Committee. As of now, the cadres included in the planning, from the city level to the grassroots level, have been adequately trained and developed to meet the established standards and are well-equipped to fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
