To implement the socialization policy in education and training, by the beginning of the school year 2018-2019, the whole province had 253 schools built according to socialization policy; in which, preschool education had 242 non-public schools, general education had 11 schools. In addition, the province had 81 centers of foreign language, informatics training, university exam preparation, 3 non-public universities.
According to assessments, socialization made good use of the intellectual and material potentials of the people, encouraged the whole society to take care of the educational cause. Localities in the province cooperated closely with Department of Education and Training to implement socialization policies according to regulations of the Central and local authorities. Localities ensured all socialization projects of education and training conform to the planning of education and training development associated with local socio-economic growth, land use planning.
In the coming time, the province will continue to mobilize the whole society to participate in the development of education and training, encouraging foreign and domestic enterprises, organizations and individuals to invest in education and training in many forms in accordance with this sector’s development plan and the province's socio-economic development strategy to create stability and sustainability. Accordingly, by 2020-2021, the rate of non-public preschool classes would reach at least 68%; the rate of non-public primary school students would reach 1.8% or more; non-public secondary school students 5.0% or more; non-public high school students 10% or more; continuing education strive to have 40,000 or more students attending foreign language, informatics, supplementary education and university preparation courses at non-public centers by the year 2020-2021.
