On July 8, Provincial People's Committee continued to issue Document No. 3081/UBND-VX on continuing to implement measures of Covid-19 prevention control in the province. The Chairman of Provincial People's Committee requested directors, heads of departments, agencies, units, Chairman of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, epidemic prevention control Steering Committees at all levels to immediately perform the tasks and solutions.
Namely, to continue to strictly implement guiding documents of the Government, the Prime Minister, central ministries, branches and directives of Provincial People's Committee, such as: Directive 10/CT People's Committee, Directive 12 on improving the operational efficiency of Community Covid Team and Covid Safety Team for epidemic surveillance in residential areas and businesses; at the same time, to apply mandatory epidemic prevention and control measures to all people coming from epidemic-hit areas as prescribed.
Provincial People's Committee assigned following agencies: Department of Health, Department of Finance, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Public Security, Department of Transport, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities... to be in charge and collaborate with relevant units to check all concentrated isolation facilities, strengthen mechanisms, monitor and immediately supplement necessary equipment and supplies, ensure maximum reduction of cross-infection in concentrated isolation facilities. To continue reviewing to expand more concentrated isolation areas to meet 20,000 to 30,000 seats.
To establish more treatment areas and propose other expanded treatment facilities to ensure proactive treatment. To set up more stations, checkpoints and teams to patrol, check and control the Covid-19 prevention control workk, ensure timely detection and handling of people subject to monitoring and management of disease prevention control coming to Binh Duong; and prevent disease spreading from southern cities and towns to northern districts. To manage vehicles, coordinate transport flows, use Covid-19 test results, make medical declarations etc. to ensure smooth inter- and intra-provincial transportation of goods, production materials.
To manage, supervise and perform medical isolation for all people coming from Ho Chi Minh City (except for cases from other provinces and cities passing through Ho Chi Minh City but not stopping or parking) to the province. To advise on regimes and policies to assist workers and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19. Agencies and units in the building of Provincial Administrative Center need to urgently develop plans and scenarios to respond to situation when there is F0 or F1 case that is official of their agency to perform early disease prevention and control; regulate the number of civil servants and employees working at agencies down by 70% and must ensure that there is no obstruction in professional task performance...
