To ensure the safety of everyone's health, the movie theaters have actively implemented infection prevention measures according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health. Nguyen Minh Quan, a ticket counter manager at Binh Duong Biconsi CGV, a local cinema, said they have increased the cleaning before and after each show, especially the places where many may touch like seats and door handles. Employees must regularly wear masks and wash hands to disinfect and measure their body temperature before and during work. For customers, right at the ticket counters, food stalls, and trash cans, there are information boards on the situation of Covid-19, recommendations of Ministry of Health, and instructions on how to wash hands for the audience who come and watch the movies.
Doing our investigation at the Lotte Cinema in Vincom Trade Center in Di An city, we could see that many people keep on wearing masks at the cinema. Due to the large demand for watching ‘Bo Gia’, the theater did not arrange viewers to sit apart. Nguyen Van Linh, Dong Hoa ward, Di An city, said holding the thought of going to the cinema at noon for a few people, he went to the movies with his wife and children at Vincom at 14 o'clock. But surprisingly, visitors to this place were very crowded and moviegoers were not just a few. Before entering the theater, his family used hand sanitizer that was available at the entrance. The seats in the theater were filled with spectators, and a lot of people didn't wear masks.
Also on these days, we had the opportunity to visit the children's play areas in Thu Dau Mot city. As usual, the children wash hands before playing here. As types of entertainment for children are usually arranged in cafes, most parents and children do not wear masks.
