On August 25, Thu Dau Mot City Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control held a meeting to show gratitude to private medical facilities that have made great contributions to the Covid-19 prevention and control in the city.
In response to the call for contributions to the Covid-19 struggle of the city authorities, non-public general hospitals and polyclinics has greatly contributed to the disease prevention and control work. In the early stages of the four Covid wave, private general hospitals and polyclinics actively carried out screening, testing, channeling, and early detection of suspected Covid-19 infections; coordinated with the city's health authority to trace close contacts, contributing to limiting the spread in the community. In addition, these units also mobilized many ambulances to transport emergency cases, transfer Covid-19 patients to concentrated isolation areas, field hospitals for treatment.
On this occasion, leaders of Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee expressed gratitude and commended 3 groups and 122 individuals for their enthusiastic contributions to disease prevention and control in Thu Dau Mot City.
