Public Security station of Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park (IP) has cooperated actively with squads of the town police to ascertain security situation, organized legal dissemination and education, provided information about methods and tricks of criminals among enterprises, workers for proactively prevention. As a result, in the first quarter of 2021, the criminal offense decreased (11/19 cases compared to the same period in 2020), contributing to the protection of security and order in Tan Uyen Town and industrial parks, looking forward to election day.
Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park's Police Station coordinated with local police to propagate and disseminate laws and regulations among workers.
Captain Hoang Khanh Minh, Deputy Head of Police Station of Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park, said: "Although Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park's Police Station has been lately established, the police station has taken many measures to fight and prevent crimes. In particular, the Police Station regularly meets and talks with leaders, representatives of enterprises, and trade union representing workers to promptly grasp the situation, difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities, and to protect the legitimate rights of employees.
Legal dissemination was carried out by the Industrial Park Police Station in collaboration with Security Team and Movement Team of the Town Police. Dissemination content was Labor Law, criminal situation, methods and tricks of current common crimes for enterprises and workers to actively prevent".
According to Captain Hoang Khanh Minh, Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park Police Station is effectively maintaining two propaganda groups via social networks in South Tan Uyen Industrial Park and VSIP 2A Industrial Park. Through propaganda groups, quick exchange of information was performed between the parties, especially when an incident occurred, police force responded promptly and resolved.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phong Phu, Team Leader of Movement Team of Tan Uyen Town Police, said: “In industrial zones with a large number of workers, there is a potential risk of losing public security. In order to proactively prevent arising cases and resolve conflicts from the very beginning, Movement Construction Team developed a plan to collaborate with Tan Uyen Industrial Park Public Security Station to organize legal dissemination sessions, listen to thoughts and aspirations of workers to report to authorities to resolve soon, to avoid strikes, causing instability in production and business activities of enterprises”.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phong Phu, during first three months of this year, the police force informed the situation of public security, methods of tricks of all kinds of crimes at 8 companies, with nearly 2,000 participants, distributed 900 brochures, fire safety manuals to workers ”.
In the past few days, to turn towards the election day, Tan Uyen Town Industrial Park's Police Station has been implementing a peak plan to attack and suppress all kinds of crimes, guarantee public security for the election in industrial zones. On the other hand, in order to ensure interests of the people and workers who go to the vote, Tan Uyen Industrial Park Public Security Station announced an asked companies to actively arrange business and production schedule to create favorable conditions for workers to vote, contribute to the overall success of election day.
