Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Director of provincial Department of Education and Training, said that the department asked school leaders to instruct students to strictly follow the 5K message of Ministry of Health. Students must measure their body temperature at home, make a medical declaration before going to the exam; wear face mask from home to their exam site, have their body temperature measured before entering exam room; When there are abnormal symptoms, candidates must immediately notify teachers and invigilators for timely treatment. In addition, candidates must strictly implement disease prevention measures such as: Regularly washing their hands with clean water and soap, wear face mask properly, do not gather in large numbers before and after the exam, ensure a distance... Exam sites need to be cleaned and disinfected before the exam day.
During the exam days, chairmen of examination councils asked invigilators and candidates to strictly implement the 5K message; coordinate with medical staff in organizing body temperature checks for staff and candidates; monitor and detect cases of cough, fever or breathing difficulties for timely handling. Exam rooms must be well ventilated, ensuring the fixed distance between. After each exam session, Examination Councils must clean and disinfect to prepare for the next exam.
According to the plan, the 10th grade entrance exam of public high schools will take place from 2nd to 5th June.
