For years, Binh Duong Provincial Department of Education and Training has been focused on teaching profession improvement and training. Up to date, nearly all teachers have been standardized comparing to the full standardization of junior and senior high teachers. Annually, the department focuses on language and computer training to enable the satisfaction of reforming requirements among the teachers.
As evaluated by the department, the teachers have all been devoted to their career with highest responsibility, creativity, and self-training determination. To improve teacher quality, the department, for the time to come, decides to encourage its managing staffs and teachers of at least 5 years near their pension to join up training and sandwich courses. All the staffs of at least 5 years near their pension should be registering for up-standard training. Besides, the department is improving language training for the teachers in general.
