In the afternoon of September 17, Binh Duong provincial Youth’s League in collaboration with the Vietnamese Student Association of the province held an online conference summarizing the activities and youth movements, the association's activities and the student movements for the 2020-2021 school year; to deploy the tasks of the 2021-2022 school year to the connection points of the districts, towns, and city unions of universities and colleges.
In the last school year, the propaganda of political and ideological, traditional, moral, and lifestyle education for union members and school youths has always been focused on. Many youth volunteer movements such as "Green summer campaign", "Flamboyant campaign", "Examination time support", "Winter volunteering", "Spring volunteering" etc. have been effectively implemented up to now. Particularly, the "Creative Youth" movement has been effectively and creatively deployed by all levels of the school unions among young people.
For programs to accompany youth, many movements have been implemented by attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate such as "5-good students", "3-good students", “Students of 3 practicing", "Responsive to school", "Job day for students and talks about international integration” etc.
In the school year of 2021-2022, the Standing Committee of the provincial Youth’s League has issued the program on activities and movements with a number of targets such as 100% of officials and members will be able to study and master the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, Resolution of the 13th Party Congress; at least 1 provincial-level activity on creativity exclusively for pupils and students is organized; at least 100 elite union members are admitted to the CPV, etc.
On this occasion, the Standing Board of the provincial Youth’s League announced 9 units with excellent titles in the district, town and city blocks; 6 units won the title of excellence in universities and colleges for activities and school youth movements in 2020-2021. Regarding the association activities and student movement for the academic year of 2020-2021, 6 units win excellent titles; 1 advanced and 1 average unit.
