According to Mr. Tieng, in order to establish a team of volunteering workers, first of all, it is necessary to explain to everyone that maintaining security and order at the company will help production develop.
The team of self-managed volunteering workers at Sanh Phat Company has 20 members who are production team leaders, department heads and are ready to participate in relief on urgent need. There was a time when workers in the factory quarreled and almost got into a fight. Through the radio, the team members were quickly present to intervene, so that fighting did not happen. Not only did they intervene, the members also closely followed the situation of each group to reconcile many people, many conflicts, misunderstandings and discovered thefts in the company.
According to Mr. Tieng, in addition to grasping the operation status and thoughts of the workers in the group while working, the members are also the extended arm of the Board of Directors. When participating, each member is aware that their job will contribute to the stability of security and order at the company. In addition, team members will connect with the commune and district police forces via Zalo group to report the security and order situation at the hostels and participate in traffic on the road when there is any incident.
Similarly, the team of self-managed volunteering workers at the branch of Trieu Phu Loc Co. Ltd. of 34 street at Tan Lap commune was established with 20 members. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, team leader said that since the team was established, members have set up a Zalo group to directly discuss security and order issues to prevent and limit theft and gatherings that could cause disturbances and harassment effects on many people. Quarterly, the team is trained by the commune police to grasp the skills to deal with situations.

Discussing the necessity of establishing a team of shock workers in the enterprise, Mr. Tran Huu Phuc, Chairman of the Trade Union of Bac Tan Uyen district, said that besides propaganda and dissemination activities. Legal education contributes to raising awareness of employees, the district Trade Union in collaboration with the district police established the model with the aim of enhancing security and order in enterprises, thereby minimizing bad situations that cause disorder and disunity; thereby, reducing law violations; especially mobilizing employees to stay away from social evils and forming industrial civilized life skills and building close relationships among workers and the locality.
According to a representative of the Police of Bac Tan Uyen district, the establishment of volunteering worker team at enterprises and units has created a close relationship with the authority, trade unions and political organizations at the grassroots. Up to now, businesses based in the district have established 30 volunteering worker teams with 757 participating members. The district Police regularly propagate through Zalo on methods and tricks of criminals and how to prevent epidemics so that members will propagate in groups and labor groups to actively and effectively prevent them.
Over the past time, the self-governing teams of workers in enterprises in Bac Tan Uyen district have gradually operated orderly and promptly to solve the pressing problems of workers; thereby, limiting the occurrence of accidents, disputes, and disturbances affecting the security and order situation in the locality. In addition, the members of the volunteering worker team also actively participate in fire prevention and fighting at the enterprises to ensure a safe working environment, contributing to maintain security, order and social safety in the locality.
