To welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Youth Union in the province is making efforts in its work and strengthening political and ideological education among youth union members to raise awareness and responsibility for building a reliable reserve force of the CPV. 

To create a training environment

Binh Duong provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed all levels of the Youth Union to organize activities, seminars, and political activities to create an environment for youth union members to learn about the history of the formation and development of the Communist Party of Vietnam. From there, affirm and deepen the Party's leadership role in the country's revolutionary achievements.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, and at the same time welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, at the Thuan An Hoa War Zone Relic Site, An Phu Ward Youth Union (Thuan An City) organized a political activity with the theme "An Phu Youth is proud and firmly believes in the Party" in 2025. In the program, the reporter had a political activity, talking to the Youth Union members about awareness and responsibility to inherit and promote the good traditional values ​​of previous generations of youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. The activity added motivation and will to strive in the Youth Union members.

Ms. Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said that the Youth Union chapters at all levels will organize various forums on “The Party with the Youth, the Youth with the Party”, and seminars on “The Party leads the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union”; at the same time, on the Youth Union’s information channels, there will be special pages and columns on the expectations and thoughts of Youth Union members sent to Party congresses at all levels. In addition, the Provincial Youth Union will organize forums on the Provincial Youth Union’s general information website and the district-level Youth Union will conduct them on the units’ information websites.

On the other hand, the Youth Union strengthens and enhances training and fostering of reporters and propagandists at the provincial and district levels to serve as the core force to widely propagate to the Youth Union and Association branches about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; the achievements of the province and Party congresses at all levels towards the 12th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Party Congress.

Worthy of being the Party's trusted reserve force

Implementing the emulation movement, the Youth Union at all levels continues to focus on building a strong Youth Union, truly a reliable reserve force of the Party. In particular, the Youth Union at all levels selects, trains and introduces outstanding youth union members for consideration of admission to the Party; organizes commendation, honor and reward of "Outstanding young Party members", typical examples of excellence in various fields... In addition, the Youth Union in the province focuses on improving the quality of union members; the quality of youth branches; strengthening the Youth Union organization, especially at the grassroots level; at the same time, building a team of exemplary, responsible, skilled Youth Union cadres, worthy of the task to expand the solidarity front and gather young people.

To achieve that goal, Tan Dinh Commune Youth Union (Bac Tan Uyen district) has just held a conference to evaluate the work of the Youth Union branches in January and discuss and propose solutions for implementation in February 2025. At the conference, the Commune Youth Union acknowledged the sharing and resolved difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks at the Youth Union branches to improve the quality of grassroots Youth Union branches. The Commune Youth Union also organized discussions, solicited opinions and contributed to the documents of the District Party Congress and implemented the tasks of the Youth Union - Association - Team to celebrate the Party and celebrate spring.

Mrs. Tran Thi Diem Trinh said that through the emulation movement to build a strong Youth Union, we will discover, nurture, promptly commend, reward and replicate typical advanced youth, initiatives, experiences, new models, good practices in Youth Union work... From there, we will continue to encourage the spirit of creativity, diligence in studying and working; improve capacity and have ambitions and aspirations to contribute to the homeland and country.
