In 20 years, Binh Duong Province has become a model of gratitude activities by donation of organizations, individuals, and enterprise to present, repair houses and offer saving accounts as well as life care for Vietnamese heroic mothers.

Following the delegation led by Le Minh Quoc Cuong, the Director of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, calling for donation to gratitude funding, we admire the honorable actions of kindness of organizations, individuals, and enterprises in Binh Duong. They have voluntarily and regularly donate to the fund to express their gratitude to the contribution and sacrifices of predecessors in the era of constructing and protecting the nation. Their actions mitigate hardship of socially privileged families and help educating the next generations of the great tradition of gratitude.

In historic days of July, social activities of enterprises have emerged along their hustle production and business operations in Binh Duong Province. The noble notions of caring for all Vietnamese heroic mothers to the end of their lives have been praised. Various enterprises and organizations have donated to help socially privileged families and subjects. THP Group on Martyrs’ Day has been maintaining gifts and donation directly to 9 socially privileged families at Vinh Phu Ward in Thuan An Town. Sabeco Mien Dong JSC has helped construct charity houses for those in difficulties while Phuoc Hoa Rubber Corporation and Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation have become models of donation of billions of VND to construct charity houses and gifts to socially privileged subjects.
FDI enterprises have also joined the movements actively. Huynh Ngoc Phuong, the HR Manager of Binh Duong Branch of Kumho Tire Vietnam informed of the group’s 10-member delegation of social activities to offer gifts to subjects in the province. In 2015, the group has donated US$ 30,000 (equivalent to VND 640,000,000) to the gratitude fund of Binh Duong Province. In 2016, the group donated 3 charity houses to socially privileged families in Dau Tieng District along with 10-million saving account each.

Thanks to the care and help of enterprises, gratitude activities and movements through years have been improved to outreach those people of difficulties to compensate for their contribution to the nation and encourage them to get through their harsh situations. The memorial constructions have also been beautified by the help of schools, youths, and union members to pay tribute to the martyrs.
Nguyen Ngoc Hang, the Deputy Director of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs informed that the department annually receives billions of VND of donation from organizations, individuals, and enterprises to the fund which finances caring activities. This affirmed the position of Binh Duong provincial authority in attracting social contributions, especially from enterprises. More gladly that some enterprises have considered social activities as their must; proving their role in multiplying the movements through time. Moreover, social activities should become symbol of company operations to enhance social activities as well as the expression of gratitude of Vietnamese people.
