The Trade Union of Ben Cat district-based industrial parks have organized many significant activities in response to the Vietnamese Young Workers’ Month and the provincial Young Workers Week 2014.
Particularly, the Trade Union has continued making dissemination of information about the goal and significance of the Vietnamese Young Workers’ Month 2014 under the spirit of the Conclusion No.77-TB/TW of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee and the provincial Young Workers’ Week 2014. The Trade Union has also mapped out a plan to carry out 4 action programs of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: “Development of Youth Union members between 2013 and 2018”. “Improving the quality and the operational effectiveness of Trade Union officials”, “Improving Youth Union members and laborers’ professional skills”, “Enhancing the quality of effectively negotiating, signing and implementing mass labor deals”.
Especially, the Trade Union has helped executive boards of weak trade union locals; guided trade union locals to well realize 3 functions of the trade union organization, contributing to building up a harmonious, stable and advanced labor relationship at enterprises. The Trade Union has also organized a conference to honor outstanding workers; cooperated with relevant sectors to kick off the 7th My Phuoc Industrial Parks Sports Festival…
