The third quarter of 2021 was the time when Binh Duong province implemented social distancing according to Directive 16/CT-TTg to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, so departments, branches and local authorities have focused on coordinating the implementation of measures to ensure traffic flow and separation (green channel) to facilitate the transportation of goods in service of production and people's life in the epidemic areas.
